This is an amazing pizza place with so many options available for pizza toppings and also offer a variety of menu items including pasta, salad, soups and I even saw a cinnamon roll advertised. The menu is vegetarian and dietary restrictions friendly with tons of vegetarian toppings and protein option include Halal and plant based meat. I also saw vegan daiya cheese available as a topping. My favourite option is the unlimited toppings make your own pizza. For one flat rate you can load up your pizza however you like. Portions are generous and the staff is warm and friendly. The girl at the counter helped me choose my options and was very patient with all my questions. The whole pizza from the crust till the finished product is prepped in front of you. Once assembled, the pizza is baked in an open flame oven that You can view. The turn around time is pretty quick. I did take out but the atmosphere is welcoming and I will probably do dine in next time. If you haven’t tried them yet, I highly recommend them.

Pronto Pizza is one of my favourite restaurants to grab a quick bite. They offer a delicious variety of pizza, pasta, salad, and soup. You can also create your own pizza. My favourite salad is the Classic 75 - iceberg lettuce, tomatoes, ham, salami, mozzarella cheese, and o+v dressing. Lunch is especially a great time to dine at Pronto because they offer a number of very affordable lunch combos. I ordered the pizza/salad combo for $12.50 and added a drink for just $1.00. I had a 7” Margherita pizza and the Classic 75 salad. Food was delicious, service was fast and friendly, and the price was right! I really appreciate that they serve the food on/in non-disposable dishes with silverware. Real classy! Pronto is also a great option for takeout when you don’t feel like cooking supper. We order the “Dinner For Four” which includes two 11” pizzas, 2 side salads, choice of pasta or wings, and 1 order of breadsticks for $51.95. Great value for a delicious meal! Highly recommend this restaurant!

Got sick after eating here 🤮 : I am gluten intolerant, I ordered a gluten free pizza. The girl asked if it was an allergy - I said. Yes. The girls said she would "make sure there was no cross contamination".

Those who have gluten intolerance or allergy know that - if you have a small amount of gluten, you may have a small effect - depending on your allergy. And for me - a small amount only creates a small reaction in me.

Having to spend the entire night on the toilet - suggests to me that there was not just a small cross contamination - but that the entire crust was not gluten free; and they made some sort of error.

Believing that the manager may want to know about this error - I called to let them to politely let them know, so they could correct any possible problem for the future.

I ended up speaking with the owner - Mike.

I politely explained to Mike. Mike made ZERO apology, and was very skeptical.

He said "Call me back tomorrow and I'll look into it". Again, no apology and Mike puts the onus on me to "call him back". He just hasn't got the time to get back the the customer that he made sick.

Maybe if Mike was in the bathroom wit me all night - he would be a little less skeptical.

So - I called him the next day. He was extremely rude and again - without an ounce of remorse, empathy or apology.

He's like "yea... I'm not so sure we did anything wrong"

Anyone with a gluten problem knows how extremely sick you get from an error like this.

To have the owner of the restaurant that made you that sick treat you like garbage on top of spending all night in the bathroom on the toilet - is really incredible.

I am making the appropriate complaint for an investigation by the Food Protection and Environmental Health agencies.

(The owner responds with "Of course- you threaten social media") A - "of course" what does he mean by that? Sounds like other people are giving bad reviews. He must be dismissing a lot of people. B - I made no threat - I said I would review his store to let other know. Perfectly legitimate thing to do.... Wonder why this guy is so defensive??? C - "Abusive" how much more abusive can you get than treating someone who got sick at your restaurant...
