Never the type to leave reviews. But never seen so much stinginess at a restaurant. Found metal in the pizza. Offered to return it that exact second in return for a refund. Was denied. I am sorry the metal was found in the third slide and not the first one or else would have returned it on the first go. Offered 10% discount on the next pizza. Did not offer to take the pizza back and remake it. Did not offer 35% off (the site already had 25% off lol). When called to the manager was told that nothing can be done as we successfully found the metal and did not eat it. Gave the metal piece to the employee to show them what was in there and the employee simply took it back and disposed it. (Wish i took pics before showing it) but was just shook how they handled the situation. Again its just a $25 pizza I dont care abt the money being refunded but the way the situation was handled showed how much they care about customers. I never leave reviews unless a place really goes past the base standard experience...

Absolutely Disgusted. Found METAL in My Pizza.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but my experience at Swan Pizza was beyond unacceptable. I found a piece of metal in my pizza. Yes, actual metal. When I told the employee, he said he contacted a manager and could offer me 10% off my next order. That’s supposed to make up for a serious health code violation?

I asked for a refund because I’m not paying for a pizza with metal in it. They told me it’s “not in their policy” and basically said there was nothing they could do. I left my number and asked for the owner to call me. No one ever contacted me.

I had to reach out myself, only to be told the same garbage by the same employee: “We can’t help you.” No responsibility, no urgency, no care at all.

Never eating here...

To be honest our family doesn’t eat pizza from just anywhere because I can get acid reflux from a lot of other places. Also once I find something I like I stick with it. But one day after we moved into a new neighborhood with a Red Swan pizza and my family surprised me with one of their pizza’s. I was very skeptical but I tried it anyway. To my surprise it was delicious and no acid reflux. We now order exclusively from Red Swan. And we love the sesame seeds on the crust. Also during one Skip order a caeser salad was missed. By chance I phoned Red Swan and someone from Red Swan delivered it to us at no charge and within 10 minutes. Great...
