Best Dessert for we've been to hands down!! Easily our top favorite! There's no comparison at the moment in the City of Winnipeg when it comes to delicious Desserts. The staff is always super friendly, the Aroma of Desserts that linger around when you dine-in makes eveything taste even more delicious! It's weird to mention but their menus look bomb af! Love 'em! Taste wise, everything, AND I MEAN EVERYTHING that we've tried has been super damn delicious! Talking about just by themselves, the Waffle is super fudgin good, the shakes are holy moly wowzoly, the funnel cakes were fire like damn, and the ice cream (especially the soft serve) is pretty damn good too since I'm not a fan of hard ice cream in general (so I haven't really tried it tried it but I had a spoon once and it tasted so good too)

Now, on to the main point, I've tried out most of the menu and I have a SUPER big sweet tooth! So, the only thing I'd have to say that's not so good are their massive portions!!!!!! Like what the actualy craziness! I can only finish a quarter of one plate when it comes out cause it's so big!! If you have a party of 4, one dish can be devoured to everyone's content, but if one person goes further, the sweetness gets to ya and then it goes downhill from there. So if you wanna eat even half, make sure you know what you're getting into and order some water or some hotdogs to counterbalance the sweetness you're about to divulge in!

Overall, our top most favorite dessert spot, everyone's NEEDS to check 'em out! I'm surprised I haven't reviewed the place earlier but I wanted to try everything (that I could and wanted to) out first😝😝 Oh yea lastly, BRO the Slab of Brownie OR The Dream Come True with soft serve (it comes with hard ice cream) is heaven. IT'S HEAVEN I SAY! BEST DSSERT IN CANADA I'D DARE SAY. That's all ya'll, go grab a bite and indulge...

This is a unique and fun dessert shop with a good variety of hot food and drink items. Two of us went a few days ago. It was busy with an early-mid 20s crowd. There are bench booth and table seating options. You can order at the corner or have a server come to your table. We were promptly seated and a server arrived a few minutes later. They were friendly and able to answer our questions. We had the cheeseburger by itself, samosa burger as a combo - fries and a can drink, and also shared a dessert. The burgers were good, overall tasty, with patties that were thick and appeared to be in-house made. The cheeseburger had real natural cheese instead of processed. But, the onion and tomato on the cheese burger were diced and in small amounts. I think sliced instead would be better. The cheeseburger patty needed a touch of salt, and an acid component like dill pickles or mustard would have made it great. The fries were the same kind that Costco sells in their restaurant, which are delicious but not fresh made. Burgers prices range from $10-20 and surprisingly are sold solo, they don't automatically come with fries or a drink. Adding that was an extra $5.99, and the fries portion is small at that price. The dessert was an elaborate butter cookie sundae-type of item, I forget the name of it. It was about $14, looked awesome, and the taste was good. But had we chosen the twister version instead, it probably would have the same flavour profile and saved $6-7. There are a multitude of dessert options that look amazing but can be expensive, as high as around $25.

Overall, this was a good experience. I'd definitely come back, but make different choices or changes to have a better taste experience. It would be a once in a while visit though, as prices are on the higher side that didn't quite match the quality of ingredients and/or...

Heard of this place receiving bad reviews for customer service, however I wanted to try it out for myself since the place looks so appealing and the aesthetics are very welcoming. My experience was far from good... Read a review with someone using the work "Dysfunctional " and this is probably the same word I would use.

We witnessed the Manager yelling at our server in front of the entire restaurant. Absolutely embarrassed the kid, because he apparently should not have released a door dash order to the driver... Minutes later the manager comes back and apologizes to the employees because he realized the kid did the right thing. And when I say apologize it was barely an apology. Absolutely no accountability or professionalism at this place. Now I can see why customer service is rated so poorly it's because the staff doesn't have great leadership to guide them. Why support a "local" business if they do not treat their staff well. After witnessing that incident, no one can tell me that was the first time this "Manager" has treated/spoken to an employee that way.

D Spot, you need to have a discussion with whomever the acting manager was on the evening of May 13, 2025. They need more training on how to manage and speak to staff. Absolutely disgusted with what I witnessed and I don't doubt the other customers who witnessed this incident feel the same way. He was on a power trip and using his position to mistreat staff for no reason.

To the young man (employee) who was embarrassed Infront of the entire restaurant for no reason, I hope you see this. You are better than that, do not allow someone to misuse their authority to make you feel less of a...

Such a weird experience. This place has no business being a table service restaurant. I went on a Sunday evening, and it really was not busy (Maybe 4 other tables sat who already had their food). We looked at the menu and settled for the funnel cake poutine and a croffle. There are a few things I expect if I am paying almost $20 for a single dessert at a sit down restaurant: 1. If it's advertised on a plate, I should get it on a plate, not in a cardboard take out box. 2. METAL CUTLERY. There is 0 reason I should be using plastic cutlery on what is supposed to be an upscaled and gourmet dessert. 3. Both items come out at the same time. This is the WHOLE POINT of table service. You place your order and it comes out together. Not 6 minutes apart. I don't want to be awkwardly eating in front of my friend who has not received their dessert yet, nor do I want to let my food get cold. If this is how we wanted to do it, then I would have just placed my order at the counter and waited for it. Then to have the audacity to have the tip options start at 18% is just WILD. However, the dessert is pretty good, I'll give them that. But honestly unlikely I will return (and if I do, it will be pick up only). The price tag on this place for a slightly better experience than a fast food joint is not worth it.
