The employees of this establishment probably did not think of anything else, instead of providing quality service to couriers and issuing them promptly ready orders for delivery, and decided to express their unprofessionalism in this matter by giving the courier a negative rating because the courier asked why Tim Hortons the business almost never issues a ready-made order and the courier needs to wait for free? After I asked one worker, who was doing nothing at the time and watching the work of his colleagues, he showed me a monitor where it was indicated that my order had not even started to be made for 5 minutes. Although it should be ready before the arrival of the courier. I did not understand what he wanted to say by this? Could it be that "I did you a favor by taking your order in 5 minutes, or maybe 10 or 15 minutes? However, for some reason, I have never heard or seen a Tim Hortons employee tell a customer at the drive-thru to wait because now is the line to prepare the order for the courier which we do the same.In short total disrespect to the couriers and also negative reviews about them as retaliation for asking the workers.I do not recommend Tim Hortons and after this incident I...
Read moreI was pretty happy with this location until one day it started being absolutely mental when it came to how long I would wait. My longest visit was 38 minutes for 8 cars in the line. I waited 38 minutes for a coffee. On a separate occasion I waited forever, the employee didn’t speak to me only handed me my coffee (at which point I had forgotten thag I ordered a bagel) so when he handed me the coffee and closed the window without speaking I had assumed that was it. I went inside because I didn’t want to wait in line for another 20 mins. I told them what happened and the guy at the window had just finished giving my bagel to someone by mistake.. at which point you’d think they’d make a new one? Read moreYesterday i went to this place on drive-thru at around 9pm and the staff there, she was abrupt. She should learn to crack a small smile to customers. Afterwards, Today i went to tims to pick up ice cap as i have to start my work i was in hurry. i ordered the ice cap for one of my employees. I picked it up and strainght came to work. I saw that they gave me some orange frozen quencher with whipped cream inspite of confirming double times. That was disappointed. Same day in the evening i went there again to get a bagel and the bagel they gave me was so stale and stiff as well as burnt.
When i went there second time i complaint about the wrong order they previously gave me, no doubt she offered me subsitute but i already paid for the drink. I would say the experience was so unsatisfactory and displeased. I really hope that i don't have to deal with this type of service...
