Subway — Restaurant in Winnipeg

We ordered two sandwiches and asked to make both a combo with a soup and drink. There were two staff working when we went. After paying for our orders, the other lady only handed out one soup. I looked for the other soup and she mentioned I only ordered one. I asked for the receipt and it showed two soups were charged. The other soup that I ordered was no longer available so I then asked for cookies instead. I asked for the drinks but told me I only paid for two soups.

I told the other staff that I asked for combos but both of them were speaking in their native language while dealing with the matter. Both staff did not apologize for their mistake and did not give us our cups and said we have to pay for them even if we specifically asked combos for our orders. They are extremely rude and did not do anything to settle the inconvenience they caused.

Not only they did not repeat my order before asking us to pay, the other staff did not check the availability of our order. If she told us they’re out of soups, we wouldn’t have ordered any. When we went home, it is our surprise that the soup they gave us was only HALF-FILLED!!!

I went there with my girlfriend today around 10:30am. She worked at Subway for a while and knows all the do's and don'ts, and safety's and health and everything for the franchise. She asked for a sausage and egg sandwich, and was told that they don't have egg. AT 10:30AM??? there was only one lady working, and she wasn't wearing a hair net, which your supposed too if your working infront of customers, she was throwing our toppings onto your sandwiches. And once ours came out of the toaster she began starting a new customers order, and when his went in the toaster, she finished ours and left our sandwiches on the counter open and unwrapped and began dealing with the next customer again, our sandwiches were cold when we finally got to pay and eat them. This location is under new management but it seems they couldn't give a damn about how they portray themselves. Very very unhappy with this visit and won't...

I went to get a sub: service awesome. Pretty quiet. Suddenly, a woman with issues grabs the business phone, starts uttering threats and holes up in the bathroom. I was asked to stay. I called the police as well as the staff. Police arrived. I was given a police report number. Apparently, they can't stop this reoccurring offender from the restaurant. This doesn't leave you with a good feeling for staff safety. I ended up with a cold sub. But staff were definitely...
