I've been coming here for 4 years since moving back to Winnipeg for work and I don't know why this time (I've dealt with wrong orders because I don't want my food spat on) but this time I am not okay with the service.
EDIT: I'm not sure if the intercom needs to he fixed or changed. When I was ordering too there were 2 people talking at once and this isn't the first that its happened. Having 2 people talking at once was distracting and would interupt me from even ordering. I did almost snap because I don't do well having 2 voices pressuring me to order.
Second EDIT: Apparently with my icecap I don't deserve a straw that usually comes with it so that's pretty petty LOL
I try to be very patient and understanding that workers are pushed and stressed out during rushes. So when I asked if there were any chocolate chunk cookies, my server said no. Okay cool, I'll take a caramel chocolate dream donut then that I saw advertised on the menu. I was told there was so I ordered.
Paying now I recieve a brownie, a sausage scrambled egg and 1 hashbrown. Not exactly what I ordered. I ordered indeed a breakfast combo of BACON Scrambled egg wrap including the hashbrown and the dream donut. When I want to correct the order I was met with a very condescending server who was female. I asked why my order was wrong and she told me that's what I ordered. She even told me that I ordered a chocolate AND caramel brownie but on the reciept its a double brownie.
I thought I was pretty respectful and honest when asking. The service today was bad and I'm going to not come back because clearly they don't want honest customers that aren't looking for a fight. I just wanted to correct my...
   Read morei have been going to this tim hortons, for MONTHS, every single morning. and EVERY morning my order is not listened to. i get a large dark roast with TWO MILK AMD ONE SUGAR, and yet they canât even make a simple coffee right, it has been everyday this week so far where the coffee has tasted like garbage, or they put WAY too much milk in the coffee making it luke warm and gross tasting. The Owner should look into how they are working in the building because the QUALITY is not there. if it takes longer for some quality products to be given out, THEN TAKE THE TIME TO MAKE IT RIGHT, donât rush your employees because of a drive thru timer. Itâs pathetic on how much they screw up my order week after week, but itâs the only one in my work area close by so i can only go here. when i ask for DOUBLE TOASTED and EXTRA butter on a bagel, i donât want it panini pressed and have a small amount of butter scraped on it. DO IT RIGHT, DO IT ONCE. teach your workers how to make things properly instead of rushing through it just for a good drive thru...
   Read moreMost of the time (not all the time) the food is great! The best part is that it's fast and usually hot. I've come across one worker - I wish I'd run into him again - who brought great energy and it really helped kickstart my day. My biggest feedback is I wish they would tell you the total of your order in the drive thru. Majority of the time I don't see anything rang in, and they just say, "Ok, next window," or some variation of that. Today I finally asked, how much is it? I waited. No response. I proceeded to the next window and as always, the machine is put in front of me without telling me my total. Why are we not telling guests how much we're charging them? I don't see how this is an issue or why this is a miss. It happens every time I go here and that's not an exaggeration. The lady today even confirmed my order with me then handed me the machine. I had to again ask how much my order was. Like, is that so hard? Something small like that gives me such great dissatisfaction that it honestly just spoils...
