We didn’t see the Daily deals until right after we paid, and because we already paid they wouldn’t give us our two free kids meals! We ate in and both our kids were present. Server didn’t mention that kids meal Should be free when we ordered. My husband got a combo and they didn’t bring drink or Spring rolls until we asked for it again! They tried to upcharge us twice on the sub noodles for the kids meals. Staff doesn’t speak English and would not let us call his manger. Although the meals tasted good we Spend $60+ on tiny portions of “fast food”. You can’t throw in two kids meals that will cost your company next to nothing (which we are rightly entitled to?!) lost us as customers! Will never be back!
Response to owner’s reply: Our family met your two conditions! We dined in as a family and both our kids were present. Nowhere is it indicated that we all have to order together! My family was finishing up some shopping so I came in and ordered, my kids and husband then joined me. I ordered my meal in a to go container in case I wasn’t able to finish it all but I did dine in! When my family arrived my husband went to change my son’s diaper only to realize you have no change tables at your establishment! So he had to leave and go find a change table. By this time my daughter was hungry so I decided to order her food which I paid for in full. Why would you have to reopen an order to provide a free meal? Obviously if I knew my daughters meal would be free I could have ordered my husband’s meal at the same time. When you say “man hold a infant” I assume you are referring to my almost 2 year old son. Again nowhere is a minimum age indicated to receive the free meal! I was not requesting a free meal for my newborn baby! 2 year olds consume solid food and it is not unusual for my son to eat just as much if not more than my 4 year old daughter. He could easily finish the small kids meal the Wok Box provides. Don’t tell me I chose to ignore the staff member working!! He apologized multiple times that English wasn’t his first language and I was never disrespectful to him in anyway! He took a ton of our time and made our family lunch very unenjoyable! When we asked for a knife, it took him several minutes to understand this simple request. In addition he was working alone! A common criticism across various reviews which you clearly have no desire to change in efforts to improve customer service. I did reach out to you directly to the e-mail provided but received...
Read moreThis type of restaurant is a great idea and we cant wait for the location on Dakota to open. The venue is clean and quiet and the lone staff member was friendly while multi tasking, taking phone orders, taking orders from live customers, working the till, cooking the meals and then serving them to customers! At least two staff are required for this establishment to function efficiently no matter how hard working the lone staff member is. Parking is free and right out the front door with no impediments for access. Condiments should be available on the counter without having to ask. We ordered the regular size Pad Thai which was more than enough excellent in presentation and served to us piping hot. However when the menu states we will receive an egg with the pad Thai order and do not and then are told they never provide them that is false advertising. Either include the egg with this dish or remove it from the menu.
update; I have visited several more times since the first review. This visit our noodle orders were almost bereft of veggies. Certainly not how the menu photos show the dishes or what we have experienced in the past. I have noted this reduction in veggies on every trip and it is now to the point we wont be returning for noodles although very well done by themselves are not enough to...

I really like Asian style fast food, Wok Box is no exception. The food is great. Very flavorful and tasty. I get the Mongolian beef and broccoli almost every time. Sadly they have succumbed to corporate business practices and their prices have jumped again. They charge to substitute rice for noodles ($1.69) upgrading to add a 1/4 lb of protein went from $3.29 to $3.99 and almost all of their noodle and rice boxes have seen an increase as well. That They have hastily changed with a Sharpie on the main menu I might add. Their portion sizes seem smaller as well for their regular boxes. My meal came out to $19.96 for the Mongolian beef and Broccoli Combo with the only add on being the substitution for noodles instead of rice. If you feel like spending a lot of money on a smaller amount of decent Asian fast food, this is the place. Otherwise, there are places that sell just a good or better food, in bigger quantities,...
