My spouse is from Xi’an, and we always make a point to check and see if we can find his hometown food when we visit a new city. This restaurant was awesome! 🔥👍🏻 We liked having all of our favorites like stewed pork burgers (肉夹馍), cold noodle, Xi’an style (delicious spicy chili vinegar oil sauce), and we tried a couple other noodle dishes. Really good food, and such a nice treat to have while we visited Winnipeg. Wish we had one of these restaurants in Minneapolis. 😌

Don’t remember the name of the dish at the moment but the spicy cold noodles with the bean sprouts are D E V I N E. I think about those noodles 24/7, I dream about them, those noodles are my favourite thing in the entire WORLD. I highly recommend that if you have not tried them, you must do it now. I don’t even like spicy food, but I adore the spicy cold noodles at this restaurant....
