Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Winnipeg

This Tim Hortons has been poor at best for a while, but today really was the clinching factor that I am done with this franchise completely.

I waited in the drive through for 12 minutes, ordered, only to be told that the debit credit machine is out and it was cash only.

If by some miracle this actually JUST happened between me ordering and getting to the window, then really, just GIVE me my order free of charge for all the wait time. Put someone at the drive thru to inform people. Since I now couldn't pay, I asked what would happen to the drinks that were sitting on the counter, 'we're just going to dump them out' Huh?! Literally, this error would have cost EXACTLY the same to this 3.3BILLION dollar company (2021) and instead of just gifting the ice Capps to me, they'd rather chuck them out. Since it was lunch, and I was now late to work, I left. I came back after I was done work to speak to a manager, and no manager was there. Currently e-mailing the company, and will be back at this location Monday morning to speak to a manager (if one even exists here)

I pass multiple McDonald's on the way to work, Starbucks and other local chains to support.

Spare Tim Horton's of your business... Apparently, they can afford to lose customers over two ice Capps.

By far the worse location and it's not even busy. Waited for 10mins to be acknowledge and everyone starred at me and to top it off they attend to another customer who was waiting after me, to finally acknowledge me. Not sure if it is a racial thing as the gentleman served before I was is the same ethnic culture as the majority of employees working at this location. This is outrageous and rude. This location should be shut down or hire new staff, ASAP! To end it off they made 2 teas one with a heat sleeve the other didn't have one, and I had to reach and get my own. This location is pathetic. If you wanted a better job then get a better education to have a career instead.

Another bad experience, was asked for smiley cookie, said no thank you, and they added it to my order, then had to take it off. Got our drinks, and then was told didn’t have chocolate chip muffin, don’t you check to see what you have before adding it. I had already paid and had to get refund. Another girl comes to the window after refund and asked, isn’t your order done? We also ordered flat bread pizza and chilli. Like where’s the rest of the order it’s on your screen. If you hire new people, train them properly, have a trained staff on both days and nights shift. Not hard to have someone with...

!!! Food Poisoning !!!!

Tim Hortons on Pembina near Bison. Something is wrong with either their coffee or cream or it could be cause of possible cross contamination. Either way something is wrong.

I got sick from an ice coffee that had an off taste to it. The best I can describe it is nutty/chocolaty/hazelnut kind of smell or taste.

Stop drinking it immediately.

If you smell an almost nutty/hazelnut type of smell or taste from your coffee, do not drink any more of it or you will be in lots of pain, stomach pain and vomiting/diarrhea, Cold and hot flashes, as well as Aches and pains all over your body.

Took me two days to get over and now my boyfriend is sick and described that he also thinks it was the coffee because he describe his coffee tasting ''off'' and same type of smell and taste that I had experienced.

He is now facing the same sickness I was. I am hoping he recovers as fast as I did or else I will be raising hell at the that...
