I went to the store on Oct.20 2020. I bought two surati fine sevs packages. On displays it says two for 5 dollars that same company. Then she said not including this one. Very misleading wording says two for 5 dollars then says not including 7 different varieties. That's all the varieties. I told that short rude cashier about it and made her aware this was cheating. Then she went on to say you dont have to buy it then. She was very rude and abrupt and has no manners. There were other customers watching the way she was behaving with me. So I told her I will buy one package then she grabbed that package from my hand and said your not buying it and took it to the shelf. I was speechless and shocked with her behavior. She has no people skills. Most of the staff here is very rude. I have bought food from here in past which was expired and had to throw it out as they would not take it back even with receipt. My other friends and family complained about her and her behavior in the past. She has a big ego and doesn't think customers are important. There are is no social distancing at the store and no sanitizer present to clean your hands with before entering the store. The store is very crowded with not much room to move. All their vegetables and fruits are priced at $6.99 a pound for all. I asked why onions were $6.99 a pound to which they replied it comes from India. Would not recommend this store as you will be insulted in front of other customers which is so embarrassing. After I left the store another customer left behind me shaking his head as he couldn't believe the way she behaved with the customers. Shame on them they dont deserve our business. Worst Worst Worst! I would have given negative stars if there was an option! Every time I go to this store, there is always an error like overcharged item when it shows a different price in the shelves. Recently I visited this store again to buy a temple (Mandir), and I was so shock that one of their staff asked me to climb up the ladder by myself VERY CLOSE TO THE CEILING to see the Mandir! Which store on EARTH would ever ask a customer to do that.This is illegal to ask customers to do so! To my horror, when I replied back to him asking what if I fall or something happens to me? The staff insisted that I will not fall because the staff is holding the ladder. What a dumb response. Then I asked him the same question back, telling him oh why don't you go and get it because you are the staff then he said, ‘I can't climb because if I fall or something damages Mandir, it will be a problem!’ I was like seriously! There is no value of human/customer and you are worrying about the material! My heart broke when I saw their customer service and the poor guy had zero knowledge about...

I go to this shop almost every week. I am giving 1 star because of poor customer service I received during my last visit. We always receive good customer service but last time we went there was a new sales girl or behaving like she owns the place and very arrogant. Another sales girl was scanning our stuffs and she just came in to scan stuff for another customer seemingly her relatives or friends without caring she has interrupted the service underway. Then the computer stopped working. She was not bothered at all. No apologies. She made as if we were not even there. She went to scan her stuffs on another counter. Ours broke down and we were told to gather our products and go to the other counter. Had to wait for our turn again 5-6 people were in front of us. We dont mind waiting and dont mind if you need to check a price for a customer. You need to excuse yourself first to customers already waiting in line.
