Update 08/11/23 15 years later Binh Thanh still going strong at their new location.

Tried the pork BAHN MI ( Vietnamese Sub sandwich it’s was absolutely Phenomenal

Customer service was was top notch m server was Maria who knows the menu very well and provided fantastic suggestions.

One of the best Viet Thai Canadian fusion in the area.

Don’t walk run and try their food you will thank me later.

I stopped by for lunch today, I was pleasantly surprised how good the pho was, I had a cold, needed something hot and spicy and this restaurant delivered

I have tried Veit or Viet thai all over GTA and I have to say the pho was fabulous.

They also serve all day breakfast (regular stuff) will give that a try next time

It was absolutely phenomenal, Jimmy from the back made it, and it was superb

Ask the onion to be extra caramelized and spicy you will thank me later

Update: back here for the chilli chicken from out of town, Christine is the best server in Woodstock IMO

Please keep in mind that this restaurant is supposedly Canadian-Vietnamese. I'm not sure if that means that the Canadian foods have a Vietnamese twist and vice versa like a fusion restaurant or if it just means that it contains canadian and vietnamese food. Our experience here was not the greatest. The staff was nice enough, the establishment was nice, the food however... Was not what we expected. As Woodstock had an abundance of Canadian/American/Western Foods we came for the Vietnamese food. Specifically the pho. It wasn't bad...but it did taste like the instant pho that you can get from a grocery store. The fresh rolls were 85% vermicelli, 10% rice paper and 5 percent vegetables. While I got the pho my partner got the pad thai and it tasted very tomato saucy... They went as far as to say ketchupy. I understand there aren't very many pho restaurants in the area and people seem to like this restaurants pho based on the reviews. However if you like me have had tasted a variety of pho from other restaurants in different cities maybe this is not the...
