Based on previous experiences up until today, this would have been a five star rating. Been coming here for years. Today I purchased 2 baskets of peaches. The cashier checking me out dropped one of the peaches. It rolled away and she unfortunately couldn’t find it. Totally understandable, these things happen. What I was disappointed in was the fact that it was basically left as a oh well, sorry about that have a good day. I’m not sure why there was no offer to go grab a peach to replace it. And that kinda left me feeling unappreciated as a customer and that I didn’t get what I paid for. I’ve always made a point to support local and I’m bummed that this was the outcome today. Each basket of peaches was $8.50 and we are all aware of the growing cost of food/groceries. Every little bit...

DISGUSTED WITH ONE OF THE OWNERS

Passing though town a friend and I stopped at this market to get some food. We were quickly disrespected upon entering the store. Medical exemptions exist for people who cannot wear masks. Its stated right in the mandate. After being pounced on by one of the owners and explaining that, even trying to show her paperwork from a doctor and the government. She refused to even look at it in her ignorance.

"Bernia" is a discriminating business owner. She does not respect people or the law, she makes up her own. People with medical exemptions do not visit this store. They do not respect the covid laws.

I would suggest supporting other businesses who treat people with dignity...

This store is amazing! Aside from their healthy and fresh products they carry their customer service is impeccable. Recently there was an issue with my voicemail and I didn't recieve their voicemails regarding my chacuterrie board I ordered. When coming in to pick it up they did not have it ready as they did not hear back from me however they were able to create it within hours for the party I was hosting. The tray was DELCIOUS and left so many of my guests so impressed with the quality and layout. I have nothing but good things to say about this store and I will always recommend them over any other store in the city.
