Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Woodstock

It took me a while to figure out if I wanted to write this because I didn’t want to sound like I was a racist… but ultimately I felt the need to, I walked into Domino’s on Monday and there was 5 staff members (2 Women and 3 Men) ALL talking Indian or another Middle Eastern language very loudly. I stood there for what felt like a few minutes before a very nice middle aged man with a Beard asked me if I have been helped and to this I replied No… He then apologized and asked if he could take my order… I asked is it always so loud from the staff in this store and he replied that he wears hearing aids and can hardly hear anything unless he’s focused on it. I asked about if there were any specials and he told me of 2 that were going on… I still couldn’t believe that the other staff were carrying on like there wasn’t anyone in the store and I wonder if maybe the owners are middle eastern for them to allow the staff to speak a foreign language in their store in Canada… Ultimately I left and didn’t place an order because I felt 1-unwelcome and 2-unseen as a paying customer To those that might think this is a racist post it is not… I worked in plenty of places like Tim Hortons and the Toyota plant where there are plenty of immigrant workers BUT they all spoke English in on the work site unlike what I witnessed at this location...

I regularly order on Friday or Saturday when I have my kids over, they LOVE Dominos over all the other pizza joints in Woodstock. They Always tell me it’s gonna be what ever time they adjust to as if they are back logged, if I order during the busiest time of night (Dinner Rush) as a former line cook I totally understand and I will get my food when it’s delivered. It’s always kept under a Heat Lamp and has Never been anything BUT Hot and Freshly made… I’ve read a lot of poor reviews of angry people and a Racist 1 which is totally uncalled for in todays population of new comers to Canada and Woodstock Ontario Canada I am a VERY happy Customer and they will always be my 1st choice in Woodstock They Also had a Toy Drive for Christmas and donated all toys received to local charities in Woodstock Ontario They donated a Medium 3 topping pizza coupon for a Toy that was a minimum value of $10 They literally GAVE money away…!!! What Other restaurants in the city goes out of they’re way to Help those that...

my experience was terrible i got an order for delivery and it was only a medium pizza some parmesan bites and cinnastix it took almost TWO HOURS to get my food after they said it would be twenty minutes i figured it might take a lil extra for delivery but no it took two hours i called back about 45 minutes after i put the order in and all they said was that they got backed up and really busy so i was like oh ok waited another 20-30 minutes and called again and i’m like yeah just wondering when i might get my food and they said that the order should have gone out by now one second while i check so i waited for them to check and they say the order should be there in the next 10-15 minutes and so i just said ok and waited so 15 minutes later the food gets here and we pay and he almost just drives off without giving us our food we had to start yelling at him so he would get back out of his car and give us our food. some pretty bad customer...
