While the staff was very courteous, we have noticed that our orders are taking longer and longer to get ready. We order from Little Caesar’s weekly. The past 3 weeks we have seen our orders put on hold to accommodate customers waiting in the we lobby. In the past, when we have ordered online it has always been ready on time. We usually place our order by 4:30 and request it be ready for 6:15 so there is plenty of notice.

We have enjoyed a positive experience at Little Caesar’s for a long time. It would be a shame if we have to take our business elsewhere. We have 8 mouths to feed.

I called ahead for a pickup on a busy night. I arrived at the specified time but my order wasn't ready. I was offered a pre-made equivalent but opted to wait for my fresh order. During my wait the front end staff felt with an unreasonable customer with skill and class. I waited an extra 15 minutes for my order but when she brought it out to me she gave a sincere apology and offered free crazy bread for my wait out of the blue.
