I recently visited this Subway location and was quite disappointed with the overall experience. Unfortunately, the customer service fell far below expectations. The staff were not only unhelpful but also came across as dismissive and rude, which is especially surprising in a customer-facing role.
I requested extra onions on my sub, and only a minimal amount—about six small pieces—were added. When I politely asked for a bit more, I was told I would need to pay extra. This was unexpected and unlike any experience I’ve had at other Subway locations, where such reasonable requests are typically accommodated without issue. As a paying customer, I expect a basic level of service and flexibility, not resistance over a few extra toppings.
Additionally, there were no tissues available in the washroom or in the customer area. When I asked for some, the staff declined to provide any and instead directed me to use the hand dryer in the restroom. I explained that I avoid using those due to hygiene concerns, at which point they reluctantly tore a piece of brown paper to give me. This is not an acceptable standard for a food establishment.
I sincerely hope that the franchise owner reviews the operations at this location. With better staff training and attention to customer service, this store has the potential to improve. However, based on my current experience, I would not recommend this location and likely...
Read moreI’ve had multiple unpleasant experiences at this Subway location, particularly with one middle-aged woman who regularly works during the afternoon hours. She has consistently been rude and dismissive, but my most recent visit was the final straw.
I politely asked for extra toppings and even mentioned I was willing to pay for them, but she abruptly declined without explanation and cut me off mid-sentence. Her tone and attitude were unprofessional and unnecessary.
After placing my order, I asked for extra napkins, but instead of responding, she completely ignored me and walked away — as if I wasn’t even there. I usually stop by around 3–4 PM because it’s the closest location to my job site, but after this experience, I’ve decided I won’t be returning.

Read moreI have been to every subway in Woodstock but i stopped eating subs for about 8 months because they made me feel sick after but I wanted a sub and thought of this place and am glad I did the girls were amazing fast and didn’t cheap out on toppings or sauces definitely got our money’s worth and the place was so clean I tipped them 5 bucks and I didn’t feel sick after I had it witch I was a little worried at first I worked at couple of subways here in Woodstock quit because of they kept it and how they were I was manger at one in Chatham but I tell ya you won’t regret coming to this one my place to go I give it a 10 stars if they had it I have found my new subway thank you for taking pride in your business...
