McDonald's — Restaurant in Woodstock

I am appalled with the manager of this area McDonald. I have manage several restaurants and know what hospitality and service is all about. To use explicit on customers is totally unbecoming as a manager. We arrived at the restaurant at 10:05pm, was approached by an indian gentleman who said he was the manager. One of my colleagues ask him about getting something to eat which he said it was only the drive through, all beit we couldn't have make it because of a chartered bus. His/the manager said he will be closing in 15 minutes. One of our players pleaded with the gentleman who began swearing at us in his language. His attitude is totally unbecoming as a manager and in the hospitality industry. When we as business owners are hiring, we really need to be careful as to who we hire to represents us and to run our business. Our business is base on our customers and customers' satisfaction. It is our responsibility to give the proper training to those we put to represent us and our customers' needs. I am totally disappointed with that manger and hope the owners take the proper steps to correct such arrogance. Our approach to our guest is important. I went inside for take out.... and waited 25 mins. There were prob 10 ppl working in there and all they did was talk loudly, argue back and forth, dance (literally) around the kitchen, and come around the counter to order food for themselves and their friends. The restaurant was filthy with old receipts and napkins strewn across the floor.... the drink station was sticky and disorganized. I'm really glad I didn't have to use the washroom, because I can only imagine what IT looked like 🤢 If the kids working (and ya, I'm saying "kids" because although they all looked to be between 19-24 yrs of age, they acted like they were in elementary school) actually WORKED as fast as they talked, I could have been in and out in under 10 mins. I'll never stop at this location again... It makes the McDonald's franchise...

Really great location verys friendly staff very easy to get your order doesn't take long to food as well prepared everybody's well organised it's a very clean establishment can't complain with whoever they're very fast is never a long way really love coming to this location highly recommend if anybody looking first some good burgers and come checkout this McDonald's location hear these guys are always on the ball they're very friendly the bathrooms are clean the tables are clean you never have to worry about your order getting mixed up really enjoyed coming to this location and use guys still really really good job highly recommended thank you guys for everything hope to see you again soon in...
