Ankur served us today and he was such a polite and speedy server. He juggled uber eats along with 3 orders in such a timely and efficient manner. He was working alone up front but managed to get all our orders out promptly and accurately. I’ve always enjoyed Mr. Sub since i was a kid; we had a regular shop we’d visit in my hometown. Since moving to this area we’ve made this location our new spot, and our recurring appearance to this spot is a testament to the wonderful service we get every time. Went there today and had the worst experience ever. Asked for them to change their gloves since we are Muslim and he was handling meat just before and him and his coworker were talking about it. Then he used the same knife to cut our seafood subs as the meat ones because it's all meat he said. I asked for them to make it new again they did and instead of giving us our veggie meatball sub he gave us the same one we asked not to have and left one of them out. The biggest waste of 32$. I used to manage a subway for owners who had high standards for quality and customer service. I find it hard to find comparable service. I went in for a sub at this Mr Sub today and was blown away by the premium service here. Friendly, personal, organized. I watched my sub being made. I admit I am a bit of a snob for the subway method of putting together a sub but the sub the lady made was just perfect. To top it off, I did not get the listed sub of the day, but something similar and the gentleman gave me the discount anyways. Thanks for the wonderful...
