Where to start? I have been a regular at starbuck for over 10 years. But I have to say this location is the worse. Yes there are some workers who are amazing but some ... not so much!
After that location always screwing up my order, I started to request for cream and liquid sugar on the side (paying for it of course).
This has NEVER been an issue at this location or the other 4 I go to. However last night I was told that they wouldn't do it. I was basically told by the "manager" Mike that as long as he's been working there they have never allowed a side of liquid sugar. I was stunned because this was actually the 1st time I was denied.
He basically implied I was a liar and that had never happened, when I told him that I've done this multiple times before. NOT TO MENTION HE HAS EVEN GIVEN ME THE SIDE OF LIQUID SUGAR BEFORE LOL. I was shocked that he was so confrontational with me. Instead of explaining the policy he told me he would only give me brown sugar packets.
At that point very frustrated I left and went to another location. Not only did the other location give me the side of syrup They didn't understand why DUNDAS gave me such a hard time.
Mike you really need to work on your customer service and deescalating skills and maybe if u HAD explained why it wasn't allowed oppose to arguing with me there would have been a better outcome.
Needless to say I will not be returning to that location, I would rather drive further away and get proper customer service and my coffee made right especially when you are paying 6 bucks...

I waited nearly 10 minutes to be acknowledged when I realized the last item wasnāt coming. I asked for the item and the new manager, Sarah, tossed the item at me without saying a word or looking at me, however what she gave was incorrect.
I eventually got my correct order after a long delay which defeats the purpose of mobile ordering and I left frustrated with cold food and drinks. I called shortly after to complain and talked to Sarah directly, but she could not care less about the issue and dismissed the conversation entirely. She simply wanted me off the phone.
Sarah is poor at face to face customer interaction, and also at resolving complaints.

And I don't appreciate it when I have to roll up to the window and then face the person who is singing a coffee themed tune to me via the microphone instead of letting me just place my order.
