What a wonderful experience. We took our dog for a walk and wanted to get some ice cream for ourselves and of course, her. They were so warm and friendly and even gave her a little pup cup. She loved her ice cream and so did we. We will be going back!

Extremely disrespectful staff with zero people skills. We walked in at 8:50pm on Friday night and the two girls working did not say a word to us when we came in. Then after a minute or so all the one girl says is “just so you know we close in 5 minutes.” How disrespectful and rude. Let us make our decision at least. It was our first time in there and likely the last. What I love is 4 other people walked in after us. Guess you had to work overtime either way girls. It’s called respect and having common decency. It was my first visit with our little family My favorite part was the homemade waffle cones they have a dash of cinnamon in them and that was quite enjoyable

They have quite the selection of ice creams available and the attendant says they switch out flavors from time to time

Love seeing all these new local shops that are using other local products they stock fully with Kawartha lakes ice cream, for sure a favorite of mine

Fantastic place to visit on a hot day. Great service and very unique ideas for ice cream. My favourite is the strawberry shortcake ice cream cake. We ordered a large one to feed 10+ people.
