This is a really beautiful restaurant, it has been a long time in the making and the love, care and attention to detail in this place is second to none.
The atmosphere is wonderful, warm and intimate with really lovely staff and an amazing mother-daughter team who had a vision and together they’ve created a masterpiece!
The food is fantastic and the chef even makes the effort to come to the table to check that everything is to your liking. They even cater for gluten free diets which is completely unheard of in Cabo Verde! With Sandra even offering gluten free bread if advised beforehand! Hallelujah!!
The food is delicious, we tried almost everything and would recommend every single dish and the house cocktail is incredibly delicious too!

Read more20 minutes to get our entrees (hummus and a chopped salad) and over an hour to get our mains… which included “chicken satay” which was four pieces of chicken in two skewers. Didn’t have a few items on the menu, but worst of all: Ordered a bottle of water which came frozen and did not defrost during dinner, they didn’t have any more water so we sat there, parched, waiting for our food, which was so small we ate in literally 30 seconds. Other people waited longer than us. On top of this, the low lights and mellow music made us forget our hunger and almost fall asleep at the table. 45€ + 2.5% for paying with card. Owned and led by the charming mother/ daughter combination ,Sandra and Melissa, they have created an elegant restaurant in the heart of town. Beautiful dining room which as a first in The town actually has gorgeous comfortable seats. They have wisely recruited the island renowned chef Lito who has helped them develop an excellent and exciting menu with something for everyone.
