We visited this Restaurant tonight for the first time. I have very mixed feeling about this, the workers were friendly and trying to give their best, and food really was not bad at all, but we waited 75mins - which is a little bit more than the average no stress Cabo Verde time - and then they brought all at once, starter and main course together, which of course makes no sense at all, especially when you had hot fish soup as a starter, and once you finished it your chicken or fish is cold & tough to eat. And red wine from the tetrapack out of the fridge, about 4°, but maybe better because you should have finished it before you start to taste something....
