Häagen-Dazs — Restaurant in George Town

Whenever I’m on vacation in Cayman, one of my favourite routines is stopping by Haagen-Dazs sometimes almost every day! The ice cream is authenthic, creamy, and full of flavor, with so many great options to choose from. The atmosphere is always welcoming, and the staff are friendly and attentive, which makes the experience even better. I especially appreciate how Ms Helen takes the time to make sure everything is just right, whether it’s recommending flavors or making a simple cup or cone feel special. It’s one of those places that instantly puts me in vacation mode. Definitely a highlight of my trips and something I always look forward to! Sometimes I wish I could bring the ice-cream back...

Today I was just swung by Camana bay, suddenly saw the Hagen Dazs just right in front of Cinema, went in to try some ice creams, totally unplanned treat for myself, glad I did, because the way I got the service by this lady name Honeylyn Regala was really impressive, so professional & so knowledgeable about the products, really know the business & well trained about how to handle their customers, my new favorite spot in Cayman Islands, 100% recommended to everyone, go & try their ice creams & their warm customer service, especially Honeylyn who just made my day. I visited Häagen-Dazs unsure of what I wanted, so I asked to sample a few flavors. Unfortunately, I was informed that their policy only allows for two samples per customer. Since I had someone with me, I was able to try two additional samples, but had that not been the case, I might have left without purchasing anything. I find this policy quite disappointing, as it affects the overall customer experience. In the end, the flavor I chose was just okay, but the restrictive sampling policy may deter me from returning.
