Pizza Hut Cayman Islands — Restaurant in George Town

My biggest complaint is the time it takes to receive my delivery from the Countryside branch. I usually have to wait between an hour and an hour and a half. Clearly they need more delivery drivers if that’s what is causing the delay. I usually tip dominoes drivers but because Pizza Hut takes so long to deliver, I don’t tip them.

I usually wait in an area where I can see them pull up and not only did I have to wait the longest while for my food to be delivered, but the delivery guy shows up and waits to finish his cigarette before coming to the door. When he finally came to the door he obviously smelled like cigarette smoke which was so unprofessional and my food was getting cold. I also hate this thing that they do with honking the horn when they pull up, as if the whole neighborhood needs to know that I’m ordering pizza! Simply knock on the door like normal delivery people or in my case, I’ve already seen them pull up so all they have to do is just come to the door.

Another time I placed an order for delivery and they refused to deliver because my order was 5 cents short of the minimum for delivery; I really couldn’t help but to laugh at that part.

I can only speak on the Countryside Branch has I haven’t tried the West Bay one. However, Dominos really is my go to, their delivery is faster and the staff are more friendly and...

I had a birthday party here for my daughter. The staff were not helpful at all. First of all they had two different people come up and tell me (within a space of 5 mins) that i needed to be out of the area by 7 pm as they had another party booked for that time. However they did tell me that i was allowed two hours for my party which started at 5:30. So not only was our party cut short! they didn't decorate the tables in any sort of way, i was made to bring my own balloons and to also decorate. Even though i arrived 1 hour before and gave them everything they needed! When we were cutting the cake i asked for some plates and forks, which i was only given 5 plates for a party of 25 and no forks. So i had to return and ask another two times for those. I also asked for a to go box and to go cups so what we ordered didn't go to waste. I asked for them twice and ended up having to leave without it as they just did not bring anything out for me, and seeing as how i was being kicked out earlier that i was allotted, you would of thought they would of had it all ready for me. They still had the audacity to charge me for the "setup" fee which was $25 I spent $100 on pizza and drinks and was completely NOT happy with the service. I am blown away by Pizza Hut. I work for a large organisation and we wanted to order pizza for our teams to say thank you for their continued efforts to deliver services during and post Tropical Storm Grace. I have to admit that they may not have been the first pizza company I contacted to see if they could provide over 150 pizzas same day, but they were the first to straight away say yes, whatever it took they would find a way! I am so impressed by their customer service, continued communication as we delivered to locations all across the island and we have over 500 happy employees as a result who totally deserved a pizza treat for their work.
