Woto located inside the Westin Grand Cayman is a little hidden gem. One should not underestimate the culinary journey that this small hotel outlet can provide. The ambiance is cool and comfortable. The drink menu is sophisticated. The fare is fresh and flavors are amazing and most notably the staff is fantastic; friendly, hospitable, knowledgeable and excited for you to visit. Woto was a small restaurant inside the Westin. We opted to sit outside but were bit by bugs unfortunately. The dining area inside was very small and quiet, so we did not prefer to sit inside. Wow, yes the service is over the top. But the setting is gorgeous, and the service is amazing. Did I mention that the food itself is unmatched, the sushi is out of this world.
