We went to El Wagon for an after-dinner dessert and cocktail. The ambience is simple, but elegant and cozy. and the service absolutely impeccable: kind, attentive and professional. The cocktails were great, and at a very reasonable price, especially for how upscale the place feels and make you feel. The desserts beautifully presented, as well. Hola espere bastante tiempo para hacer esta critica, yo conocía El Wagon desde tiempo e incluso a sus cenas de maridaje hemos asistido con mi Esposa y la verdad superaban siempre nuestras expectativas, Pero el día de la Madre fue una real decepción con todo el servicio, primero el servicio empezó tarde y mal, con las reservas las mesas eran montantadas al tiempo que llegaban los comensales, el servicio de atención y despacho de la cocina llego de a gotas y no muy caliente, las porciones fueron deplorables y miserables, nos fuimos del local bastante desilusionados y molestos, ya que su calidad bajo al averno de la gastronomía, no recomiendo ir a comer bajo ningún motivo, ahora si quieren botar el dineral que uno desembolsa esperando algo de calidad, asistan al Wagon a una malísima...
