BEST BURGERS IN CHILE

Have spent about a month in Chile sampling burger joints all around and I dare say this is probably THE BEST burger joint in the whole of Chile.

We had the Promo Smoke - Style, which included 2 smoky bacon burgers, a side of loaded fries(Primos patty with a smoky sauce) and 2 drinks. It was amazing! The buns were fluffy, using potato flour, and the patty was juicy with great smoky flavor as it was paired with bacon and fried onions.

The food was super affordable/value for money, considering the quality you get for what you are paying.

Amigos, if you are still reading up till here and you are looking for an honest/down-to-earth burger joint serving great quality burgers, Primos Smash is the place to be. Highly recommend and 10/10 would come back here again if the opportunity...

Hands down the best burgers in Chile! We were here for a month from Singapore. And tried burgers and sandwiches from the northern deserts of Atacama, to the Southern ranges of Patagonia. None of them hold a candle to Primos Smash! (and to think we were this close to giving up on eating burgers in this country).

The place is small, I assume they used to only do takeaways, maybe. But dont let the location and size be any indication of its flavours.

Bun, patty, sauces, fries. All done to near perfection. All coming together gloriously.

Well done! Will 20/10 recommend...

El sabor es muy bueno.

Carne bien sazonada al estilo simple, carne de buena calidad, vegetales frescos y en su justa medida.

Salsas de ketchup y mostaza en la mesa, el pan estaba bueno pero he probado mejores.

Fuí por recomendación y porque ganaron la mejor smash de "THE TOP".

Compré 2 combos, los combos me parecieron bastante razonables en precio, el combo trae 2 hamburguesas mas papas (buena cantidad) y cuestan 12,490 y el otro me costó 14,990

El primer combo fue el que mas me gustó, son dos hamburguesas estilo cuarto de libra, traen pepinillos, cebolla y ketchup con carne y cheddar, el pan no estaba tan fresco ni tan fluffy pero si estaba bueno dentro de lo que cabe.

El segundo combo no me gustó para nada, fue el premium para dos, la hamburguesa trae cebolla caramelizada y hongos con salsa especial de la casa.

No pude saborear nada de la hamburguesa solo la cebolla caramelizada, estaba extremadamente dulce y no se distinguía entre la carne, los hongos, la salsa, de hecho no me termine la primera y la segunda la regalé, quede muy empalagado.

Las papas no estaban tan buenas pero si bastante crujientes, he probado muchas mejores, la cantidad sí esta adecuada.

Volvería a ir a probar otras promos y hamburguesas, pude comprobar porque ganaron la mejor smash, las recomiendo.

Fuí al local de Macul, no está bien acondicionado para comer en familia y pasar un buen rato, solo esta para ir a comer rapido e irse, así que la próxima vez iré al...
