Go Believe — Restaurant in Beijing

If it’s good enough for Jack Ma and Ange,a Merkle it’s good enough for me. They make pretty good little dumplings here. Got the sampler so was fun to try the different fillings.

After you order you get your clean dishes wrapped in plastic. It says guaranteed clean for 15 days. Didn’t see a date stamp though so who knows. After you order enjoy your surroundings. Look at all the stars and policeman’s who have eaten their dumplings.

Get ready for a barrage of noise augmenting your dining experience. When we went they were blaring an annoying video at two ends of the restaurant. They were queued with different beginning times so 2x as obnoxious as 1. Both were on 5 min loops. Also theey had loud music blaring on top of that. Not sure how anyone can stand to work here for more than 5 min.

Anyway. The food came delivered in tiny little bamboo steamers. One dumpling per steamer. We had ones that comes with pork, veggies, shrimp in different ways, crab and more. Dip them in the vinegar sauce and yum! Delicious.

Good place to try but...

I like this place, and eat here for weekend lunch every trip to Beijing. Not sure what others eat here, but you should go for the Dumplings, appetizers, and thier own...
