I came here craving Indian food in Beijing as a traveller, but the experience was nothing short of a disappointment. -Tomato soup: watery and far too sweet, with no bread crumbs, salt, or pepper — completely flat. -Dal Makhani: the texture itself was so off. The dal and gravy were separated, which you’d never expect in this dish, and the taste was equally bad. -Lassi: tasted more like chaas, overly sweet yet sour at the same time. Sour!!
What made it worse was that the waiter did ask how the Lassi was, but never bothered to correct anything after I shared my feedback.
