Our first day in Beijing. To order Beijing duck is a no brainer. You have to order the whole duck even just two persons. Essentially one dish meal. No rice or other dishes need to be added to complete the dinner. The famous roast duck is served with paper thin pastry, herbs and sauces. The bony part of the duck is boiled into a delicious soup. There is an error in the hanyu pinyin translation of the restaurant name. Yi He Ya Ju. Well, who cares?

Came here through a tour (TravelChinaGuide), the food was amazing including in the tour, excellent Peking Duck, all the other dishes were also very good, the place was cleaned. Recommended their crispy beef, Peking Duck and Kung Pao Chicken

Wenn man in Beijing auf der Suche nach einer perfekten Peking Ente ist, dann ist dieses Restaurant die Beste Wahl. Die Haut der Ente war exzellent und der Service sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir waren bereits 2 mal dort und hoffen, dass es bald wieder möglich ist nach Beijing zu reisen.

"시허야쥐(羲和雅居)" 라는 이름의 유서깊은 북경오리 전문점. 작은 문을 지나 들어가면 제법 넓은 공간이 나온다. 시내 중심가에 위치한, 고가의 레스토랑이지만 유명인을 비롯해 많은 이들이 방문하는 곳. 음식은 대체로 살짝 짠 편으로 중국음식의 간이 대체로 강한 편임을 감안할 때 먹을 만 한 수준이며 다채로운 재료로 준비된 고급 요리를 맛볼 수 있다. 냉채요리(스타터)부터 많은 종류에 일품이고 직접 썰어주는 오리 기름 부위가 일품이다. 북경을 방문하면 다시 가보고 싶은 곳.

깔끔한 베이징의 고급 레스토랑입니다. 베이징덕의 경우 한국돈 4만5천 원 정도로 국내 물가에 견주어보면 그렇게 비싼 수준은 아닙니다. 지역의 독특한 향과 맛을 내는 다양한 요리들이 있어서 여럿이 가서 골고루 시킨 뒤 나눠먹는 것이 좋습니다. 외교관가 근처에 있어서 외교관과 각국 주재원들도 많이 찾고 있다고 합니다. 실제로 핀란드 대통령과 호주 총리 등도 방문한 곳으로 알려져 있습니다.
