Poor staff attitude, poor coffee, poor experience! Seems staff are underpaid and unhappy. Glad that you are not serving open moulded french butter anymore, hope you take this feedback as constructive criticism rather than getting defensive and take some initiatives to train em (not fire) including baristas. I had a fantastic experience with this bakery’s customer service going above and beyond.

I live in the US - I wanted to send a cake to family in HK for a special occasion. Customer service responded to my email within minutes, made the entire process easy, and even let me know the cake had been delivered. There was a mixup with the address (my mistake) and they were able to fix it with no problems. And my family loved the cake too!
