I'd like to share my experience with this McDonald's On three separate visits, I encountered consistently poor service and subpar food quality.
During my first visit, I purchased a meal for dining in. However, my drink was provided without a straw. Assuming there might be a self-service area for straws, I searched but found none. When I asked a staff member for a straw, their response lacked courtesy. They stated, "You need to ask; otherwise, I don't know you needed it." This interaction left me disappointed with the service quality.

Around 9:00 pm, as I approached the counter to make a purchase, I observed a young male staff member responsible for replenishing the fries. His lack of enthusiasm for the job was quite evident. He seemed to be intentionally filling each package with as little quantity as possible. Read moreThis is definitely an important MacDonald's situated just outside SaiWanHo MTR station.It is about medium size in terms of seating, can easily accommodate or seat up to about 40 people.Jammed full of people most of the time day or night. Took some night pictures of this 24 hours MacDonald's just recently after the branch had a renovation. In the night the whole place is bright because everything is see through glass from the outside. Amazing sight, you can literally see people eating. It's cosy inside whilst outside can be bitterly cold. Have a cup of warm tea or coffee. How about some fried chicken, maybe apple pie.
