At this park near the ocean It is still breezy at 80F 90% humidity. It’s near a freeway but not noisy. Multi ethnic mixing ground. Great place for lazy afternoon watching kids. No to few mosquitoes late March...

Along side the big residential estate Taikoo Shing. Easy access. Good view looking opposite to Kowloon side. Good air good for kids to play here. Safe and clean so you can sit aside awhile watching...

Fun place … there is two playgrounds, one with swings and big another one is without and smaller but good if you have small kids

Only concern is both are not close...
