Pizza Hut Hong Kong — Restaurant in Hong Kong Island

Extremely poor service. I was uncertain of the prices, cause there was a difference between online order and the one in shop, but the staff was really mean about it, she kept on escalating the problem while i was trying to have a look online. There's no big deal about the price, but her attitude if that's what pizza hut approves, I guess I shall never expect to have another meal there, nor recommend to anyone. I know better than anyone if I can afford a product, I am not there to be degraded in any fashion, such a pity to be exploited from simply hoping to buy a pizza. I guess they don't really want to...

Placed a order at 6:50 pm for take away and pick up and was told to come at 7:50 for pick up. Arrived in time and more than 50 customers were waiting for pick up. Really poor service by the staff and no updates to inform that order world have been drastically delayed. Asked for refund after waiting for 20 mins and stupidily was advised to wait 14 days for the same as paid by card. Horrible service for a so called food chain . No care of customers and for social distancing by forcing 50 plus people to wait in a cramped space. Shame...

Quality food, quite bad service inside the restaurant. Serving staff at the counter outside are attentive and friendly, the hygiene inside the resturant isn't great, greasy chairs, tables and cutlery....
