Visited this place for lunch on a Sunday. This place is popular where a lot of families come here. The restaurant is in decent size so waiting was not necessary for us.
Drinks are unlimited and is self serve with a flat rate. Coffee, tea, pops, etc. However, not every guests learned how to use these self serve machines and end up making a mess, good thing is the servers there did notice it very quickly and to clean up. Downside is, I did see some guests just touched everything in the self serve station which actually is raising a hygienic concern to me and I do not see hand sanitizer available around the self serve drink station.
Food items are fresh and hot, but not very tasty. Price point is low so you still get a good value here feeding a big family.

I asked the staff member for the toilet swipe card and he advised they only provide a card to the ladies not the mens. He advised I need to wait outside the toilet door until a man from another restaurant either enters or leaves to get access. THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. I asked for the manager name and contact number and was met with that pathetic HK silence you get when a local refuses to confront a problem! Read more昨日(9月1日)13:30左右和家人同去,當時餐廳裡有6-7張空桌。家人想先坐下,但負責入門位置的女侍應只顧著在餐廳裡兜圈閒逛,執意不肯讓我們入座。當時家中長者腿腳不便,不宜久站,見未有職員有空帶位,便先自行掃安心出行二維碼入座,等職員有空再掃針卡。
豈料,該女職員竟然從門口收銀櫃檯處大聲呵斥坐在餐廳中間的我們,說「人手不足,無人招呼你們,不是有位置就可以坐下,你們給我立刻出去!」態度極其惡劣,兇狠無禮,囂張跋扈。同時,她進廚房叫男經理趕我們出去。女侍應的意思是只要她一日不用手上手機掃客人針卡,她就能一直拒客在外,即便內有多張空桌,客人無權入內。經理出來後以為我們想對她動手,出來護著女侍應,但是個人都能看出來,兩個拿著拐杖的長者能怎麼動手。他想大事化小,小事化了,想讓我們不要投訴該侍應。經理跟我們說是他教的不好,女侍應正在生理期,所以心情脾氣不好,讓我們不要怪她。這時候女侍應在旁邊得意的嬉笑,眼神不屑的看著客人,仿佛在說你們拿我沒辦法。我們說只要女侍應為她的態度道歉,我們可以不投訴。男經理和女侍應不願意為其態度道歉。我們要求經理提供女侍應的姓名與員工編號作投訴之用。經理初時說無法提供,後來不情不願的提供了姓名編號。我們上網搜尋發現薩莉亞官網並沒有投訴渠道,故要求經理提供客戶服務熱線。經理再次拒絕提供,我們最後通過招聘熱線拿到客戶服務電話作出投訴。客戶服務員只表示會再培訓該侍應。
第一,這麼一家平民價格的速食店能擺這麼大的譜,對客人,乃至長者隨意斥責叫罵,呼呼喝喝,拒客入內。員工的服務態度代表著薩莉亞的招牌,這樣的員工完全是趕客,損毀品牌形象。
第二,薩莉亞經理培訓員工不善是一方面,我們看到更多的是,男經理偏袒包庇手下的女侍應,居然用生理期為其辯解。上司為什麼會知道下屬生理期,不知道的還以為他們是男女朋友關係。如果雙方有別於正常同事上下級關係,這樣的維護就很合理了。倘若生理期不適,你可以請病假休息。既然你已經上班,憑什麼要以生理期為由向客人發脾氣?客人又犯了什麼錯,要來無辜受氣?身為一個經理,腦子有問題才能想出這麼個藉口來為她開脫。
第三,經理及侍應對於此事毫無歉意,沒有道歉也沒有合理解釋,只說事後會多加培訓員工。對於要求投訴方法和員工資料,經理多次推搪,企圖掩飾下屬過失,處理手法火上澆油,只會讓客人更加憤怒,完全無法大事化小,小事化了。無論是經理還是侍應,此等待客之道也屬下下等,讓人懷疑薩莉亞如何培訓員工基本服務態度。
