Read moreOften seeing ppl recommending their ox tongue on social media, my friend and I deliberately visited this Japanese resto in Quarry Bay. . We both ordered the Thick Cut Beef Tongue Set, which included Salad, Miso Soup, Japanese Steamed Egg Custard, Rice, Grilled Beef Tongue, Beef Tongue with Curry and Dessert.
The Japanese Steamed Egg Custard was very smooth with a strong egg aroma. It was a bit lukewarm, but the taste was nice.
