Quarry Bay may not be a popular place but there is a well-hidden 🤫 gem inside all the office 🏢 and factory buildings, and AGE Cuisine Express is one of them! 💎 Apart from having catering service for external events, 🎉 they also have a decent menu for dinner! This time, I tried:

🦑 Squid Risotto in Homemade Ink Squid Cream 🍛 This black dish may not look tasteful, but after having a bite, I immediately fell in love 🥰 with the squid cream sauce! The squids 🦑 are also very well cooked and I love the chewery texture! 😋

🐠 Pan Fried Sashimi Grade Yellowtail Fillet & Tiger Prawn with Caviar 🍤 This is the highlight of the meal! ⭐️ The fish fillet is so soft and smooth, exactly what a delicious fish would taste like! 🤤 The tiger pawn is also so huge, 👀 I can’t even finish it with several bites!

🦀 Crispy Jumbo Lump Crab Cake with Sweet Corn Salsa 🌽 This is also one of my favourites! ❤️ The sweet corn salsa sauce tastes very unique and fits perfectly with the crab cake! 😋

Overall, the price is quite fair given all the great and premium ✨ food I have tried! Give it a try the next time you are at Quarry Bay! 😉

Worst lunch ever, we order 4 dishes, pork burger, quesadilla pan fry chicken rice and crab meat spaghetti.

The pork burger, there's only 1 slide of ham and 4 small pieces of pork meat like a little thicker size then bacons, bun was big good for photographing.

Quesadilla came out cold and the ingredient was so less.

Chicken rice was fine.

Crab meat spaghetti was using those fake crab stick and the sauce was cold as well.

Lastly they require us to use QR code to order but there's no options on choosing sweetness so I ask the lady, the lady said those comes on the side, but then when the coffee came, there's milk in it which I have problems with diary, then I ask can I change it the lady said you have to tell me in the beingging, and I ask her where does it listed on the page said it needs to speak to the waitress in the beingging, which I already ask forthe sweetness.

oh one more thing, my colleague was not feeling well and she wear mask when she arrived, one of the waitress gave her a bad eye looked at her, so rude......

Will never go back to this restaurant.

This industrial building has a great atmosphere for Western dining, and the food is of high quality! I really love the substantial feel of their utensils, which give a formal touch just like those in high-end restaurants. Every dish is meticulously presented, even the desserts are thoughtfully decorated on oversized plates.

highly recommend the scallop squid inkpasta, it's full of seafood flavor and the pasta has the perfect texture. Each strand of pasta is coated with squid ink, which adds a burst of flavor. The scallops are fresh and highly recommended.

The steak is slightly chewy, but it's thickly cut and juicy enough. I ordered it medium rare, and it's quite flavorful! But I have to praise the fries, even on their own, they have a delicious taste. The thick-cut fries are fried to perfection, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
