We had a seam business competition, (unfortunately I didn’t win, but my teammate did.) it was fun…We did a presentation based on how to attract younger audience. My Ideas to improve are: Improvement I propose in this app. We will add avatar custom games and a points system. Mini games including interactive games with your personal custom AI and a track steps system build in the game. Meaning, that the more steps you walk, the better it gets and turn them into points.
At the end of the day, you can either choose to turn these points into coupons. Or you can donate to charity. An example of this is we run on we-chat. This will be linked to government activities as they encourage us to do more exercise per day.

We also wanted to add a 3D try on on in this app, which acts as a filter where you can try on the products without actually going to the shop. Just like the 3D views of housing.

I recently bought 3 pendants , a pair of cufflink from the brand Arte Madrid on OnTheList platform. And I realised when the package arrived, the accessories looked they were second hand . And the main problem is it is missing one piece of cufflink so that I wrote an email to OTL for the missing one.
They reverted back they are checking with the vendor but did not reply for a resolution until I sent a chase email. I wonder what is the use for a piece of cufflink ?
The response from them really pissed me off . The vendor lied they have sent two pieces out so that they won’t arrange to send me another piece. OTL did not provide me any justice and offer on any solution to this issue. The customer service put the problem on me literally meant I lied.
The vendor indeed is a fraudulent. There are a lot more better accessory brands with good quality and great service with this price range.
I would not buy anything from Arte Madrid anymore. Also I have deleted the OnTheList app .

They made a mistake and shipped a wrong product in an online order, the return system is very chaotic - they say you can either return it yourself in-store by just handing it over to a cashier and cite the name of the agent you spoke to, then the cashier will pass on a message to the agent to refund you, or they can arrange for courier to pick it up from your address.
If you return in-store, they won't give you any proof or receipt to show you returned the item so the chances of getting your money back is slim. So I asked them to arrange a courier and sadly the courier never showed up.
Also they take 3-4 days to answer your emails each time so it looks like it will take at least a month or more to get a refund for a mistake On The List made.
The experience has put me off from buying from them again, even with the deals they offer.
Lastly, I often find the clothes they sell in-store have defects and quite often find items are torn. I understand these are last season items but the quality control is...
