Venue: 1 minute walk from Tram station / 5 minutes walk from Tai Koo MTR station. Next to Quarry Bay Community Centre. Causal setting in nostalgic style. Soft lighting. Comfy seats. Salad bar and soup at self-service corner. Clean & tidy. Unisex toilet. Live music for dinner sessions only. --- 7.4/10 Service: Wait to be seated. Water was provided when seated. All staff were seniors. They were very nice, Intiative, and served with smiles. Waitress took the orders at the table (or scaning QR code). Food served fast. --- 7.8/10

Food: simple Lunch menu suplmentry with English (11:30-1430). Lunch includes mains, soup, and salad. There are 5 categories of Mains. You can refill the soup and salad at the self-service counter. Good presentation. Normal portion. Resonable price (+10% service charge). It's 12% off for GH VIP / elderly card holders. Baked Rice with Pork, Apple Purre and cheese, $98 (Lunch special): Pork was tender, but dice size was too small for my liking. Taste was ok. --- 7.3/10 Pan-fried Steak, $108: served with vegetables and crispy harsh brown (not potato wedges) or rice. Two thin steaks were cooked to medium-rare. Not chewy. A hidden gem in the city for vegetarian and wine lovers! They employ seniors as waiters and provide buffets for fellow vegetarians! The restaurant is clean and neat, well indoor design and cozy environment, wooden shelves make it more natural. Plenty choices of food in the morning buffet, waiters greeting and service are home-welcoming and heartwarming. Self serving fry eggs are cute. I went for a semi buffet on a weekday so the place wasn't too crowded. But I doubt seniors who are IT iliterate can fully enjoy themselves as no waiters or waitresses there will take your order—everything must be ordered via a designated QR code. Hightech is good and I don't object but the ordering menu is rather complicated like it also took me, a millennial, also two tries to get the order right...
