Hokkaido Oysters ($68): The staff recommended this Japanese Oyster from Hokkaido. Although it doesn't have the creamy texture, the meat is plump, tender, and easy to eat. No wonder they call this oyster - the "milk of the sea."

Canadian Sea Urchin ($248): There are a total of ten pieces of sea urchin served with sushi rice, some seaweed, and cucumber. The Canadian sea urchin has a rich and fresh flavor.

Grilled Eel Skewer ($28): It's surprising that a restaurant specializing in sashimi also serves delicious grilled eel skewers! The eel is grilled to perfection with a crispy and oily texture.

Ambience: The restaurant is located in Wong Tai Sin, in the middle of the Choi Hung area, opposite to Ho Lap College. The seating area is spacious, and it's definitely worth a try if you happen to be...

Had a really good experience dining here. I ordered a salmon bowl and a variety of oysters.

The salmon bowl was okay in my opinion. Fish was definitely fresh and well prepared, but i felt that the amount of fish was not enough.

The oysters on the other hand were fantastic. There was a buy 5 get 1 free promotion. The oysters were huge and tasted super fresh and delicious. They were definitely the star of the meal!

Would highly recommend anyone who’s looking for delicious seafood in the area. Also saw many people ordering the uni dishes. Hope i can come back to...

新蒲崗｜日式｜#海膽仔

拍拖拍到去新蒲崗🥰 興幸我同男朋友都好鐘意走圍走去搵野食，如果唔係疫情之下，無得出國去旅行都幾悶✈️🙅🏻‍♀️🥺

今次我終於自九龍灣food court以黎，第二次成功食到好食既海膽😳🧡 令到我地不期然地係呢間餐廳報復性order🤣🤣

1️⃣ 海膽手卷（$38） 間舖頭都有名你叫「海膽仔」，唔係唔試下佢哋嘅海膽呀😎😎😎 自從我喺九龍灣美食廣場食完好甜嘅海膽之後，就再無喺其他地方食過🥲 終於比我喺呢間舖頭再次食到高質嘅海膽!! 某啲質素唔好嘅海膽食落口會有一陣異味🤢 但呢間既完全無呢個問題👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 亦一啲都唔腥😛

2️⃣ 刺身定食（$118） 呢度所有定食均配沙律 & 海鮮湯🥘 細細碗嘅海鮮湯已經有兩隻蜆，海帶、豆腐呢啲基本配菜就實唔少得😆 飲完呢度嘅熱湯完全無好口渴既問題，證明無落味精，全靠食材既鮮味🥰 刺身種類有好多：三文魚腩、吞拿魚、帶子、北寄貝、赤蝦😍 個人真係好鍾意呢個定食既赤蝦刺身，隻蝦仲粗過隻手指，勁癲☝🏻🙊

3️⃣ 燒左口魚邊丼（$98） 之前都有出Story 提過我好鍾意食某知名連鎖迴轉壽司店的左口魚裙邊壽司，亦係唔同大間、細間既壽司店食過，始終食唔番個味道😪 但竟然意外地可以喺呢一間小店度搵到充滿油分嘅左口魚裙邊！😨😱😱 呢個丼飯左口魚邊嘅份量仲要唔少，名副其實嘅吃好吃滿🤤🤤🤤

4️⃣ 西京燒銀鱈魚定食（$98) 嘩～ 呢個銀鱈魚又係唔講得笑🙊 因為有太多好味嘅嘢食，搞到佢放到凍左我哋先食到😣 但唔係新鮮熱食，仍然無阻呢一條魚既發揮😏 魚肉油脂豐厚，肉質嫩到不行，絕對係入口即溶既級別！甜甜鹹鹹的配飯一流 😭👏🏻

5️⃣ 珍味小食（$48） 6️⃣ 原隻甜蝦刺身（$58） 7️⃣ 愛爾蘭超級生蠔（$38@1） 8️⃣ 細池魚壽司（$12） 餘下呢四款食物，我就唔詳細逐一描述😌 不過必須讚一讚呢間餐廳既用料👀 食入口既呃唔到人👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 我一定會為咗佢哋嘅左口魚邊 & 西京燒銀鱈魚再次返嚟呢度😭😭😭😭
