Who doesn’t like a top notch service especially on a Saturday. This Starbucks has just THAT! All of the staffs working today are so courteous, especially a big praise to the young man who took the orders, not just my order—he treats everyone with great attitude. Promote him! Such a role-model for everyone who’s in the hospitality field in Hong Kong. No joke <3 lol

Nice place with friendly staff. There can be a draft as the seating area is in a big hall of a shopping mall, but otherwise it's a good place to be if one is used to Starbucks branches in such places. At the weekend it can be a bit crowded, so one might have to wait to get a seat. It has recently been renovated, and it sports more seats now, and a modern ambience.

Poor service, dirty cutlery, dirty tables, stale food (chicken & mushroom pie). The seating area is exposed in a shopping mall, so you're 'on display' for all persons walking by. The mall really stank of some chemical the day that I was there, which made the experience even worse. A waste of my time and money. This is definitely the worst Starbuck's that I've ever been to anywhere on earth. And, yes, there were flies buzzing around as we sat there. Classic. (sigh) ...
