Even among cafe de coral shops, this one is not acceptably bad. Staff work as if they don't wanna work. I ordered by self service and wait, order is already there, but the staff doesn't even notice. After seeing customers waiting then they started to notice there should be work, then check the order. The spaghetti doesn't taste good either. It says four cheese but taste like cooked plastic bag - obviously overbaked and dried out.

The lady cashier in 石門大家樂 at around 8.18am on 8 Nov is so helpful with excellent customer service which is very unusual in fast food industry in HK these days. I don't know her name but her smile told me she respects her role her job and...
