I have been to several different restaurants of this chain, the food quality is usually not too satisfactory, the service of waiters/ waitress fluctuates from time to time. Some even had insufficient number of waiters. But having tried the captioned one twice within 2 weeks in Nov 2018 (one of which was during the afternoon tea session with special prices), I found the food quality and service maintained at an acceptable level, prices were good even for the normal price session. The venue is unexpectedly spacious & wide without pillars. I was there for a huge Chinese banquet tonight. Stage set up was sturdy & safe that even 30 people could be on stage, backdrop was digitally monitored which could be multi-functional. F&B services were smooth & efficient, good mannered serving staff and food readiness was fast.
