Popular old school restaurant , vernacular London equivalent would be a pie 'n' mash cafe except this place offers a menu of over 200+ dishes. Went for the curry fish balls, hor fan beef noodles, fake shark fin soup, stir fry instant noodles with deep fried battered thin pork chops (yum). Budget about 70 HKD per head. Full of character. The certificates on the walls are thank you letters from local university groups for the restaurant supplying them with food.

Extensive menu featuring both savoury and sweet options that will cater to everyone. Love the ginger scallions noodles, great flavours abound. The fake shark fin soup is also delicious. For desserts, the grass jelly + red bean + ice cream is refreshing and indulgent, and for something fruity, you can't go wrong with the mango drinks. Service is quick and efficient.

Expanded a new store on the opposite of the original old store with main course served! The food, drinks and soup was awesome and price was unexpectedly low. Mostly steamed dishes, which were healthy, not oily nor salty. The soup was wonderful, a must try item. You could also order desserts or noodles (looked great from the table next to me) Super nice staff.

Very affordable restaurant. Staff is friendly and we have a good laugh chatting; of course not during his busy time. Food were mostly students oriented. So it's cheap but taste were not compromised. 6 of us ordered 7 plate of snacks and pay less than hkd50 each. Highly recommend if you just like to grab some bite.

A good place to go if you are looking to experience the real hk local food. The food they serve is what local hk people will eat daily. You do not need to order a whole table of food. You can just come in for a quick snack and they are relatively cheap, too. They do have an English menu if you needed it.

Great authentic local hong kong style food and restaurant. Do not expect any good services and good seating. Seat is tight either limited space and don't expect to seat for long. But good food, decent pricing. The fried egg with rice roll is a must try.
