Had the tasting menu which came with two starters, three pasta and two desserts at 290HKD per person. Tuna tartare 4.5/5 Very flavourful. The pickled red onions cut nicely through the salty dressing Chef's Selection Cold Cut 4.5/5 Quite salty but the balance between the cheese, the cold cut and the grapes were amazing. Chitarra Crab 5/5 The squid ink pasta paired with the savoury crab sauce was amazing. Each bite was perfectly balanced. Pappardelle Beef Cheek 5/5 The beef was melt in your mouth and the thick noodles was the perfect pair. Tagliolini Truffle 5/5 Chef's kiss. This dish was absolutely perfect. Creamy without it being heavy. Tiramisu 3.5/5 The flavour was there, but just wished there were more lady fingers or cake to go with the cream. The owner was a delight and the service throughout the whole night was 10/10. Highly recommend if you're in the area and craving Italian food!

Whenever we find ourselves unable to decide on a dinner venue, PICI often comes to mind due to its convenience and selection of our favourite dishes. The restaurant's tasting menu, priced at HK$298, is thoughtfully curated and offers a wide range of options. However, our most recent visit was rather disappointing. The burrata cheese lacked its usual creamy texture. The truffle taglioni, which we usually enjoy, tasted surprisingly bland. Additionally, the Chitarra King Crab dish was not as fresh as expected, with the crab meat sticking stubbornly to the shell. On a positive note, the desserts were satisfactory, particularly the classic Tiramisu, which maintained its usual deliciousness. Nevertheless, the new addition to the dessert menu, the Burrata Cheese Cake, failed to impress and left us feeling underwhelmed. Overall, we were disheartened by the decline in the quality of the food compared to our previous experiences at PICI.

Always a pleasant dining experience at PICI. Needless to say their fresh pasta is always on point; cooked just right paired with a compatible sauce. I enjoyed my pasta of the day, tagliatelle with mussels in a saffron cream sauce; plump mussels bursting with flavours of the sea, adding an extra savoury touch to the delectable dish. The non alcoholic coolers, although just a tad too sweet, are still a welcomed refreshment for the stuffy rainy evening. The whole enjoyment was of course finished with their widely celebrated tiramisu and panna cotta. It's always lovely to have proactive staff checking on how the dishes are or if anything is needed, even on the busy Sunday evening we dined in. Our server Aliza did just that for us, she's all smiley and happy, and what can I say, attentive staffs make satisfied and returned customers!

I actually went first time just a week ago, they blew me away. And today I had to bring my boyfriend, and they blew him away. Chill, cool vibes, food was amazing… Freshly made pasta, portions are nice. Very, very well made. But gosh the staff!! They’re just so nice! They always made sure we were being served quickly (even if it means jogging over from the other side of the restaurant), they were fun, they made just the right amount of small talk (this makes a difference!!!! Too much, it’s awkward, too little, you seem distant…), and left our table at the perfect moment for us to enjoy ourselves! The manager (?), especially, seemed like he really loved his job and was quite passionate about it. The other servers, too, seemed to care a lot about making our experience a nice one.

Pici is always a reliable option for great pasta, and the Kennedy Town branch did not disappoint. Ravioli carbonara was cheesy and creamy - wonderful! Lasagna was hearty and very filling, good for sharing. We tried the cheesecake ice cream with caramel and they gave us generous scoop although it was a tiny bit sweet nearing the end. Atmosphere was more chill and good for conversations, I like the big open windows. Service was always top-notch, and the staff for our table (I believe it was Jun?) was very attentive and friendly as expected from Pici.

Super attentive, warm, genuine service despite being short-staffed and a full house at 6:30pm on a Sunday evening. While waiting in the queue, they suggested we order drinks. A huge fig cooler showed up for my daughter. Our kids enjoyed their pasta. Despite being busy and running around, they always acknowledged us quickly when they saw our hand go up, and someone consistently filled our glasses of water. At the end, they thought we ordered panna cotta (we didn't), and they served it anyway and comped it.
