Way too long wait time for very simple stuff. And then the thing they give vibrated and I went to take my food. Only to learn they misclicked. Then waited more. It was like she forgot about my order. This shows that the system they have for order tracking is barely working.
For the food, most important thing is that the rolls were not rolled, so it was more like a suggestion of rolling them. Or maybe they wanted me to roll it at home for more authentic experience. Since the rolls are not rolled properly, everything inside them goes over everywhere, and if you did takeout and wanted to eat it at a park like me, there is no napkins in the bag, so good luck cleaning the leaking liquids from your hands. Good thing parks in HK have public toilets with soap.
Also didn’t like how the chicken tasted, even though I was pretty hungry. So don’t know what is going on about that. I’ve seen a chicken doner in their small kitchen but not sure if that was a lookalike, because didn’t see anywhere to actually cook it.
Honestly I felt sorry for the workers there. Two person in that small space, on top of each other, trying to prepare food and also get the orders, handle the payments. This place feels like a textbook example of bad management. Hope they can fix it because with so many competitors around same area, I know I won’t try this place second time.
Edit for restaurant’s response: I mean thanks for making my point on bad management. You respond to a negative review faster than you prepare the food. And in a sassy way as well.
Instead of using the feedback to better your enterprise, here you are arguing with a customer who had a bad experience. And are you that oblivious to other comments that showcases bad experiences of other customers? Are you just going to express how “sorry” you are to each of them, while mocking their experiences?
Honestly, I wrote at the end of my first comment as well, I was hoping that you would fix the above mentioned issues, but after your “clever” destruction of my arguments, I don’t see how that change will come.
I was saying textbook example of bad management prior to your response, but your response made my comment ten times more fitting. Thanks for that.
You wanted advice, here’s one: Don’t take the negative feedback as personal. It shows the pain points. Fix them and you won’t hear them again. Up to...
Read moreThis restaurant is located in dragon centre and very popular amongst south Asian peeps since it’s obviously halal food from Pakistan. One main issue my friend and I had with this place is how late we got our orders. It took a little over an hour for us to receive the food and there were 2 people in charge of everything so I can see why it took a lot of time but still… the fried momos were dry but the chicken doner kebab with rice was pretty good ! Definitely more unique tasting compared to other doner kebab rices I’ve tried. The seating area of the food courts at dragon centre are designed to be slanted so it’s quite uncomfortable to sit there for a long time (they’ve done this purposely for crowd control) so I would recommend doing take away and eating at the flatter seats a level...
Read more4 months ago: The staff was good! They didn't take up a lot of time to make the food. The food was also very delicious, especially the Nuggets and fries! My family liked samosa chaat and samosas! It was worth the money. 👍🏻 Moreover, the best part of it is the price, it is very reasonable and affordable which is just fabulous! Furthermore, the sitting environment is also good.
Update: I really have to come back and comment again, but it has to be told. They really take up a lot of time, and it has happened a lot of times with me. I asked them how long it would take up, and they told me 25 minutes, but it took up more than 35 minutes, which is truly disappointing as I had to reach somewhere, and I was almost late. They should have time management as it will just decrease...
