If you really crave sushi, just GO TO Hang Hau and try the top rated inexpensive japanese restaurants over there instead of spending any money at this branch.

I feel like after COVID, the quality dropped heavily and all my favorite choices tasted below average compared to what it once was.

The last time I went was at 6PM on a weekday and it was already too hectic for the chefs, the food was coming out really slow, I had to wait over 20 mins for the food to be sent to my table even though that restaurant was not that packed.

I was left feeling hungry and wanted to order some more but I had no time so I just...

⚠️ Food takes forever to come out... I had to wait 7 mins for a single dish to come out. By 24 minutes, not even half of the dishes ordered were served. At the time, the place wasn’t even fully occupied (only around 70%, there were numerous visible empty seats)

The store manager has to be investigated or perhaps, FIRED since this isn’t the first time I encountered this. Many people in the area also share similar...

Hands down the very worse Genki I have been to. Food is somehow way subpar compared to other branches. The fish is not very fresh and I had a few dishes that seems gritty.

Gunkan always comes out with soggy seaweed, some dishes arrive quick some takes a long time. It seems like the kitchen is very disoriented.

Do not come here and torture yourself, go to the Genki in Hang Hau instead or the new...
