Pasha — Restaurant in Hong Kong

Hidden away in the peaceful Discovery Bay community, Pasha Turkish Cuisine offers a great dining experience that takes you to the flavors of Turkey. This area has many people from other countries living here, so the restaurant has a variety of international cuisines like Greek, Italian, and Indian food.

On our visit, we tried some classic Turkish dishes. The Hallomi Salad was fresh and tasty, with salty flavour of the Hallomi and crisp greens. The chips Lamp Shish, which was grilled lamb on a skewer, and the Chopped Beef Pide, a flatbread filled with seasoned ground beef, were both cooked very well and full of flavor.

To end the meal on a sweet note, we had the Baklava, a flaky pastry layered with nuts and a sweet syrup. Drinking the refreshing Pineapple juice with it was the perfect way to finish.

Beyond the delicious food, the restaurant has a really nice atmosphere. The open-air setting allows you to enjoy the beautiful views of the nearby beach, creating a relaxing and peaceful dining experience. The staff were also very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed.

To be honest the food is quite decent and the pide is quite nice, but the service is one of the worst i ve encountered. I asked the difference between coban, roka and pasha salad as i have no idea whats the difference. The male server was uninterested to answer any of the questions and told me they all have green leaves in it and are the same and to just pick my choice please (with a look like why am i throwing him difficult questions). Also he just asked if we want bread or rice with the lamb casserole but did not tell us that was charged extra as a different dish. It was an unpleasant experience. Also we seated 10mins and no one came to serve us at all, it was not busy hours, i came at 230pm and all tables were empty, i see the staff playing with the phone and in the end i had to go in to get the menus myself. The table is not thoroughly cleaned. I hope it will get better as i know the restaurant...

I popped into Pasha in Discovery Bay and oh boy, did the Starter Meze set my taste buds on a magic carpet ride!

The Babaganush was so creamy it felt like a culinary hug, and that Balloon Bread? I could've floated away on its fluffy deliciousness.
