Very disappointing experience.
Our second visit and we plan to use the HKD 50 coupons we got at their grand opening by signing up as a member. At the time, we were told that we can use multiple coupons at a time, that there are no restriction on the number of coupons we can use per visit as long as we are ordering from their a la carte menu.
However, during our visit today, when we were at the cashier, the staff told us we could only use one coupon at a time. We explained that we were specifically told by the staff on the day of their opening that we could use multiple coupons at a time. She then raised her voice and in a rude and condescending manner said they would allow us to use two coupons just this once. Her manner made us feel extremely uncomfortable. Salad has a wonderfully zesty dressing and really nice to start the meal. Surprisingly it was the highlight.
Risotto was a bit too creamy for me, very rich. The Foie gras was a nice touch, and compliments the dish well, but overall couldn’t finish due to how overpowering the cream was.
All day breakfast was good and met expectations. Hashbrown was crunchy, not too oily and soft inside. Eggs, sausages etc were good.
