April, 25 Recently, they redecorated the restaurant and open again. So, we came to try once more. We think they change the Chef and foods, bc the dishes came out were much better than before. And size also were bigger. food quality value is fine. Especially the double boiled soup. And this time, the stir-fired beef dices was excellent. So, I raise one star up. ** Last comment , years ago** Spacious place, food quality was just fair, no surprise. We ordered 5 dishes and a big bowl soup of Chinese herbs boiled with thick fish bones, however, it was only artificial taste , lack of Chinese herbs in. About the dishes, wondered that 3 dishes of 5 tasted quite similar as cooking and saucing same. Salty too. The deep stir-fired Angus Beef Dices was the worse one, as the cubic meat was small , over done and tough. It was so common cooking over all, and we were not impressed about this dinner. Oct, 23. After Covid, we came again for big dinner twice. Quality still no surprise, Still like factory kitchen cooking, but price has been raised a lot. End of Dec, 23. This time, the foods quality were improved, especially the Double Boiled Almond Pork Lung Soup, the Sweet n Sour pork and the Wine marinated Abalone, but the steamed chicken was not good.

The seafood here is great, and the soup is also pretty good. Overall no complaints about the food. Service is decent too, the server (wearing red uniform) we had in particular was very kind, attentive and helpful. The other servers in black uniform though, was quite hard-selling and pushy when it came to recommending certain dishes. Main complaint is that the hygiene here is very poor… i understand that the dishes in 酒樓s are usually not too clean and require rinsing in hot water first… but the cleanliness of the dishes here was really subpar. There were dried up bits of rice and food still stuck on a lot of the utensils. Moreover, we found a live cockroach crawling on one of the booth chairs…

My main complain is about the service of the Receptionist I waited one hour and she gave me a dirty look and pointed to the number screen. All tables were given to the people who called to reserve the tables. She should have told me that so I'm wasting my time. I don't live I. Hk and didn't know there is difference in walk in and reservation. It's only when o asked again after an hour that tables will be given to those who reserved tables. No wonder visitors not coming back to hk. The service industry needs to retrain these people.

Portions are getting smaller and smaller. Weird sweet and sour pork buried in ice. Environment feels rushed. Another dinner here not by choice since it’s close to the handicapped elderly.... Opted for the set menu. Some hits and misses. Fried cheese seafood udon, roasted was actually tasty. Abalone was totally not fresh. Looked like they were plated into the shell. There was no work involved to remove them and all the extra bits were removed. Scammed. Loud as usual. Average service.

Very large restaurant, very popular for dim sum. Gets crowded in the morning hours. Before 11am mostly small dim sum dishes are available. But pork and duck entrees are available only after. The food here is pretty good. Sticky rice, shrimp shau mai, pancake, shrimp in carrot sauce all were really delicious. Loved their roasted goose, my favorite kind. The service here is almost invisible, almost impossible to find anyone. Mostly you need to help yourself to get stuff.

The crabs are huge (with prices to go with that) and cooked well. Besides that, the restaurant is cramped (you may have to move your seat to let the serving trollies pass), the service is non existent (across both our breakfast and dinner visits), and during dinner we could not get steamed rice as they ran out of rice (on a non weekend day!). The menu is large, there is plenty to choose for everyone in your party.
