Peking garden is one of the nicer restaurants in City plaza. The restaurant specializes in Peking duck but they serve a variety of different types of Chinese food from Sichuan to Shanghainese to Cantonese. The food here is quite good and is one of the better restaurants in the Tai Koo area.

Returning on a Sunday evening at 6pm, service was already bustling and busy. The menu, while long, didn't seem to have a wide variety of options. Two Peking ducks were ordered in advance. A little disappointed in their selection of noodles and non-pork friendly dishes. There was only one fried noodle dish and the rest were all soup noodles. I started with the Chinese drunken chicken, a succulent dish that was marinated to perfection. Then I moved onto the scallion pancake, which was crispy yet fluffy in its texture. For my main course, I had the Peking duck - the skin of this dish was unbelievably crunchy and rich in flavor pair with fresh cucumbers.
